Augustus was born December 11, 1925 in Kellyville, OK to Rosa Avis Williams and
Fred Bair.

Webb joined the Navy and served in World War II as a Hospital Corpsman in the
Philippine Liberation action of 1945.

He was preceded in death by brothers Fred Bair Jr, Roy Bair, Teddy Bair and
sister Faye Bair Moore.
