Clarence was born on February 21, 1926 to Clarence Richard and Loretta 
Elizabeth Barr.

In 1943 he enlisted in the US Navy and was in the V-12 program, and 
eventually was commissioned as an officer.   He served on a destroyer in the 
Pacific Theater.

He met and married Janice Woolley and they were married 60 years at the time 
of her death.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, sister Beverly Crusen and his wife 
Janice.

He is survived by his three daughters:   Loretta Rae Barr, Patricia Lee Barr 
(Kevin Hagen) and Mary Elizabeth Ives (Norman).
