Betty was born in Idaho Falls, ID on February 7, 1937 to Eugene Woodruff and
Luella (Beck) Crandall.

She married Grant Anderson in 1956.  They were married 28 years before their
divorce.

In 1991 she married Arthur Bartlett and were married until he died in 2009.

She is survived by three children:  Karla (Allan) Romano, John (Lori) Anderson,
David Anderson; step-daughter Jennifer Hendrix.
