Ruth was born July 24, 1917 in Pottstown, PA.

She met Edward Baugh (Ed) and they married in 1939.

The both worked for GE surrporting the war effort during World War II.

Ruth is survived by her sister Alice (Merrick) Baugh; David Baugh (Kay), Susan
Baugh Tomley (Les), Kenneth Baugh (Pamela).

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed (1997).
