Issaquah Press, Thursday, June 10, 1948
Funeral Services for Elmer Becker Held Monday.  Funeral services for Elmer 
Becker, 52, were held at 2 p.m. Monday with Pastor Hines officiating.  Mr. 
Becker, who died Friday morning after a prolonged illness was a native of 
Issaquah and had lived here all of his life.  He is survived by his mother, 
Mrs. Thilda Becker; three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Engberg, Mrs. Blanche Hoye, and 
Mrs. Myrtle McQuade all of Issaquah.  Arrangements were under the direction of 
Flintoft Funeral Home. Private cremation followed.

Obit: Seattle Post-Intelligencer, June 8, 1948:  BECKER, ELMER of Issaquah, 
aged 52 yrs, beloved son of Thilda Becker.  Also survived by 3 sisters all of 
Issaquah.  Services Monday, 2 p.m. at Issaquah Funeral Home.

Parents: Louis and Mathilda (SWANSON) BECKER.  ELMER SIEGFRID BECKER was born 
September 11, 1895 in Issaquah, King County, Washington, and died June 04, 
1948 in Seattle, King County, Washington.  Never married; no children.
