Marlene was born in Norfolk, Nebraska on November 27, 1933 to Eric and Eunice
Braun, moving to Cashmere, WA in 1944.

She married Edward Betz, a naval officer, at the Cashmere Presbyterian Church.

For the last 40 years she and Edward have lived in Berwyn, PA.

She is survived by her husband Ed, son Ted (Kelly) and brother Dick (Joan) Braun.
