Hope was born in Colfax, WA on August 7, 1929 to James and Faith Hubbard.

In January 1989 she married Dan Briggs.

Hope is survived by her husband of 26 years, Dan; daughters Terri Barbee (Keith
Sullivan) and Karen Briggs; brother Jack Hubbard (Becky); sister Mary
Kettelkamp; sister-in-law Lois Forbes.
