Barbara was born October 21, 1939 to Naomi June Lewis Twitchell and Charles
Twitchell.    She was adopted and raised by Leon and June Ekmon.

She married Roy E. Brown, and then later married B. Douglas Webb.

She was preceded in death by her husband Doug.   She is survived by her children
Roy, Mike, Darwin, Wendie and Jennifer.
