Lloyd was born September 28, 1923 in Seattle to Lloyd S. Capp, Sr. and Margaurite.

He married Shirley King October 14, 1954.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Margaurite; sister Muriel
Henderson and his wife Shirley (d. 2011).

He is survived by children Sandi and Steve.
