Richard was born in Schenectady, NY on April 27, 1941 to the late Angelo and 
Constance Cavaliere.

He married Marianne (no maiden name given) on June 12, 1965 in Butte, 
Montana and they were married over 49 years.

He was a lieutenant in the US Army Signal Corps and was assigned to the 
101st Airborne.   During his service he was deployed to Viet Nam where he 
earned the Bronze Star.

He and Marianne had the following children:  Richard Jr. (Kellie), Beth 
Rosson (Rob) and Michael (Carey).
