Raywin was born September 12, 1967 in Seattle to Hing and Jane Chinn.

He married Michelle Ichiyama on May 23, 2004 in Honolulu, HI.

On February 23, 2015 he and Michelle became parents of twin sons, Tyler and 
Micah.

He is survived by his wife Michelle and the twin boys; his father Hing, his 
brothers Sherwin, Delwin (Maryann) and sister Desiree (Salvador).

He was preceded in death by his mother Jane.
