Phillip was 89 at the time of his death.   He was born in Marysville to Phillip
and Lenore (Schroeder) Collins.

He is survived by his wife Carol (Arnett) Collins, son Phillip (Pascale)
Collins; son Craig (Tambra) Collins, daughter Julie (Thomas) Natsis; daughter
Suzie (Mark) Hurston.
