Evelyn was born in Perham, MN on September 14, 1926 to Carl Sr. and Emma Rinas.

In 1951 she married Robert (Bob) Conklin.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Reuben A. Rinas and Carl
F. Rinas and her sister Ruth Lawrence.

She is survived by her sister Helen E. Smith, and sister-in-law Irma Rinas.
