Lucy was born October 5, 1930 to David P. and Marie L. Balduzzi, growing up in
Ollala, WA.

Lucy married Vernon Cook in Seattle on December 17, 1960.

She is survived by her husband Vernon, and daughter Patricia (Douglas) Graesser.
