Michael was born January 8, 1952 in Madison, Wisconsin to Carol and David 
Culver.

He married Karin Evensta in 1983 and moved to Washington.    They had two 
children, Patrick and Anna.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Karin and both children.   He is also 
survived by his son, Tom Sharp; his father David, brothers Tom and Robbie 
Culver and his sisters Jo MacDonald, Joyce Clark and Barb Alderete.
