Brian was born in Seattle on 4/10/68 to Maurine Hopkins (Gary) and Thomas Dale 
(Kathleen).    

He had been married to Toshi Lee for 15 years at his death.

He is survived by his parents, Maurine and Thomas; grandmothers Maxine Crock 
and Elizabeth Dale; sisters Kelly Ohman, Kristine Young, Kathryn Hopkins, and 
Jami Lynn Ferwerda.
