Norman was born in Seattle to Earl Holman Dalton and Ruth (Bell) Dalton on May
25, 1930.

He served in the US Air Force for four years.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; son Tad (Ona) Dalton; brother Charles
(Toni) and five stepchildren Sharyl LaFreniere, Dana Moreno, Mark Parish, Sandra
Parish and John Parish.
