Lewis was born in 1936 to Fred and Evelyn Dascenzo in Aberdeen, WA.

After High School graduation he joined the Navy and worked in electronics on sea
reconnaissance planes in Okinawa and San Diego.

He married Donna Focht in 1958.

He is survived by his wife Donna; son Tony, daughter Cyndi Dascenzo; and brother
Fred.

Lew was predeceased by his daughter Debra Lynn (1971).
