Mark was 65 at the time of his death.   He was the son of Rev. Charles Dion and
Audrey Dion, both of whom preceded him in death.

He was honored in 1992 as the WA State Social Worker of the Year for his work on
various AIDS related organizations.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Morgen; sister, brothers (no names given)
