Francis was born in Boston, MA on June 12, 1945.

He served as a captain in the Air Force in the Vietnam war and a retired Special
Agent for the Department of the Treasury.

He is survived by his wife Terri; sister Ellen McNaughton (Jim); brother-in-law
Scott Saracka; sisters-in-law Kathy Waracka and Laurie Waracka.
