Diana was born June 13, 1953 to Phyllis and David Hughes.

She married Michael Elmer on June 8, 1974.

Diana is survived by daughter Leslie Elmer, son Mathew Elmer; mother Phyllis
Fletcher; brothers David and Kevin (Sue) Hughes.

She was preceded in death by her father David Hughes and stepfather Robert Fletcher.
