Colleen was born June 20, 1925 in McFall, MO to Roy F. Mooney and Fay R. Musick.

She married Dean V. England on February 21, 1950 in Bethany, MO.

She was preceded in death by her siblings Lois Carter, Maxine Walker, Marjorie,
Lowell and Edwin Mooney; by her husband Dean and son Randy.

She is survived by daughter Vickie Haase (Bill Bender), and son Ric England.
