Edith was born in Harriston, Ontario, Canada on March 22, 1925.

She was married Leighton Bernard "Bernie" Evans for 67 years when he died in
October 2014.

He was serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force when they met.

In the late 1950's they emigrated to Washington State.

Edee is survived by sister Jean McGill (Calgary, Alberta); children Barbara
Walmsley, John Evans and Susan Mckinney.
