George was born in Prince Albert, Sask. Canada October 21, 1923.

He was in Victoria, B.C. when he died.

He was preceded in death by parents George and Bessie Fletcher, sister Etta and
brother Thomas.

He served in the RCAF and RAF during World War II followed by a career in the
Canadian Armed Forces and subsequently in the USAF retiring as a Lt. Colonel.

He was married to Phyllis (deceased).

He is survived by his son Scott and sister Margaret.
