Evalie was born on October 21, 1933 in Seattle.

She was married to Richard P. Fox for 23 years until his death.   They had 
three children.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her mother Josephine 
(Cagnina) Thompson Smith, father Harry Thompson and stepfather Grant Smith.

She is survived by her sons Paul (Ariane), Jeffrey (Salome) and Jonathan; and 
stepson Joseph (Carol) Smith.
