Joan was born July 18, 1931 in Springfield, OH to Orrin and Elsie Perrott.

She married John Richard Frank, who was serving in the Air Force.   He achieved
the rank of Lt. Colonel.

She is survived by son James Todd Frank, and her daughter in law Renee Griffin
Frank.
