Ronald was born April 4, 1950 in Hamburg, Germany to the late Willy R. O. and
Anna Marie (Haase) Frank.

He married Patricia A. Wright on June 25, 1978 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years Pat; sons Casey and Blake Frank; brothers
Lee (Carol) and Norm (Sue).   

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marianne and brother Ranier.
