Bruce was born October 10, 1950 to Roger G. and Pearl E. (Buxa) Froemming.  He
grew up in Shorewood, WI.

He was married to Nanci (Millpointer) Torcivia for 15 years.

He is survived by his brother Curtis Froemming; step-daughter to Nina Torcivia;
 brother-in-law of Todd Millpointer and Mary (Thomas) Retzlaff.
