Paul was born May 20, 1937 in Seattle, WA to Paul J. and Anne Giese.

On July 23, 1966 he married Lucretia Hoover.

He was predeceased by sister Rita and sister-in-law Elizabeth.

He is survived by his wife;sisters Marilyn Sherman and Gretchen Ramsdell; 
brother Erich Giese; brothers-in-law Henry B. Hoover, Jr., David Harrah, John M 
Norman.
