Phil was born August, 4, 1933.

He was preceded in death by his brother Charles "Chucky"; his dad Phil Godfrey;
Sr.; mother Florence Allemandi; uncle Bob Martin; and his oldest son Dave.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl and step son Kyle; three surviving children:
Jan Forman (Pat), Joan Williams (Craig), Dug Godfrey (Shaune); three step-sons
from his second marriage Chris, Craig (Layne) and Kevin (Jayme) Morrison;
sisters Delores Swanson and Gail Schoolden; his aunt Val Johnson.
