Louella was born September 8, 1937 to Vincent and Hazel Rock of Seattle, WA.

She married Michael Harvey, who was in the US Navy in 1971.

Lou was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her children:   Debbie, Greg, Rhonda, Vincent and Cindy from
her first marriage; and children Shelly, Wendy and James from her second
marriage; Valerie and Victoria; husband Michael.
