Paul was born July 29, 1931 in Seattle, WA.

After High School graduation in 1949 he served in the armed forces.

He was preceded in death by his parents Horace and Eva Helsby, and his wife
Patricia.

He is survived by his wife Jo Anne; children Paula Rankin (Jeff), Charlie,
Tracy; stepdaughter Jeri Pertzborn (Mick).
