Neil was born February 19, 1939 in Port Angeles, WA.

He worked as a Seattle Police Officer and directed traffic at the Fauntleroy
ferry dock for nearly 30 years.

He is survived by his wife Connie, sister Betty Willis (Dwain), brother Jim, son
Greg, son Chris (Tammy).
