Bill was born on May 8, 1929 in Beach, North Dakota.

He married Helen Gray (no date given) and they had four children Susan, Scott, 
Shelley and Steve.

His wife Helen was at his side at death.   The only mention of the children is 
that Bill lived near "his son and family" - so either Scott or Steve must 
still be living.
