Susan was born in 1938 in Cleveland, Ohio to Abraham L. and Anna N. W. Freeman.   

She married Allen S. Hoffman in 1962.

Susan was preceded in death by her father Abraham (when she was a child); her
mother Anna; sisters Elaine Kepner and Lois Goulder (Richard).

She is survived by her brother Richard Freeman (Lenora); her husband Allen;
children David L. and Lisa M.; son-in-law William L. Driscoll.
