Warren was born on November 24, 1915 in St. Louis Missouri.   No parents names 
were given.

He married Frances (no maiden name given) on May 24, 1939 and they had one son, 
Warren R. Howard, Jr., who preceded his father in death.

He is survived by his wife Frances, a granddaughter Christine; a great-grandson 
Alex, a great-granddaughter Mackenzie, and a great-grandson, Dominick.
