Allen was born November 25, 1930 in Bismarck, ND to Albert and Mary (Decker)
Kleinsasser.

He joined the US Navy in 1950, serving as a reconnaissance photographer.

Allen is survived by his wife Linda (Morrison) Kleinsasser; children Mark, Lisa
Clifford (John), Kristen Iscoa (Santiago), Kent (Beth Lemm); siblings Ella
Hendrick, Leslie and Vohn Kleinsasser.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother Dallas; sister Bernice
(Kleinsasser) Gillespie; and brother Willis Kleinsasser.
