Samuel was born February 15, 1918 in Boston, MA.

During World War II he taught bombsight mechanics in the US Army Air Corps 
in Denver.

He met his future wife, Marilyn Glassman, while he was in Denver. (no date 
given)

He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Marilyn, and his brother 
Edward.

Sam is survived by his daughters Susan Kostick (Bob Hinck), and Anne Kostick 
(Chick Foxgrover).
