Mildred was born March 28, 1932 in Andale, Kansas.

She married Ed Kusmirek in 1953.

Millie is survived by her husband of 62 years Ed Kusmirek; children Dan (Irma),
Julie Brewer, Karen Kusmirek, Jill Kusmirek and Marci Davis (Ken); and her
brother Stanley Zogelman (Velma).
