Jeff was born to Beatrice Lucas and the late Jan Lucas on June 12, 1958 in 
Seattle.

He married Nancy Baker in 1996.   Nancy died in 2012.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Beatrice, and two children Paige and John; his two 
brothers Tim and Scott, and two sisters Vicky Kunold and Wendy Clement.
