Jack was born December 16, 1934 to John Irving and Hilda Edmonds Lynch in
Auburn, NY.

Jack served in the US Navy in the 1960's as a deep sea diver and was in the
submarine corps for three years.  During that time he became the Chief Medical
Officer on the US Sam Houston Polaris missile submarine.

He married Beverly Anne Beale in 1961, divorcing in 1974.  They had two children
John Christopher and Suzanne.

He is survived by his second wife Ingrid, and children John Christopher Lynch
(Anna), Suzanne Siobhan Lynch, Michael Allen Healy (Heather), Maureen Anne Healy
(Will Pritchard); sister Hani Andrews.

He was preceded in death by his brother Thomas Lynch.
