Frances was born October 28, 1926 in Seattle to Thomas and Magdaline Chelos.  
Her sisters were Katherine, Grace and Sophie.

In 1948 she married Johnny Mairs.   She was widowed in 1991.

She is survived by daughters Angela and Gloria, and son-in-law John Kwant.  She
is also survived by stepsons John Mairs (Nancy) and Tom Mairs (Marlene).
