Victor was born April 10, 1933 in Seattle, WA. to Angelo and Adelia Manca.

He served two years as a US Army officer.

Tony was married for 57 years to Kathy (Humes).   They were blessed with four
children:  Anthony, John (Trina), Joe (Erin) and Angela Gardner (Bill).   His
siblings live in the Seattle area:  DeeDee Kneeshaw, MaryAnne Abel and chuck Manca.
