Paige was born in Seattle on July 20, 1962 to Thalys (Lawyer) Kenney Crockett
and Gerald Lee Kenney.   She was raised by Thalys and William B. Crockett.

Paige is survived by her husband Doug, son Jacob; her parents; stepsons Doug
(Missy), Gerry and RJ (Andrea); father-in-law Burl Marshall; sisters Tamara Koch
(Tom) and Michelle Kenney.
