Carroll was born in Seattle, WA.   She died at the age of 91.

Carroll is survived by her son Kip McKenzie (Debbie) and daughter Meaghan
McKenzie Hostetler (Dewey).   She was preceded in death in 1985 by her husband
Kenneth W. McKenzie.
