Phyllis was born June 13, 1933 to William and Mae Anderson.

In 1953 she married Robert G. Miller (Bob).

She is survived by her husband, Bob, children Lori, Kathryn and Daniel; her
brother William; brothers-in-law Ed and Ted Grandpre.
