Janice was born in Burien, WA August 11, 1971 to Gary Simmons and Kathy
McAllister.   She was later adopted by her mother's second husband, Jim Cain.

She was married in 1997 to Ken Montry.

Janice is survived by her husband Ken; children Lucas and Alison; her parents
Kathy McAllister, Gery Simmons and Jim Cain; sisters Jean Cain, Jennifer Cain,
Jackie Stevens and Josie Cain.
