Christine died at the age of 40.

She married Michael Morris in 2000.

She is survived by her husband Michael; children Lukas and Eloise; sister
Elisabeth Carroll (Jim); brother Thomas Lukas (Kelly) and her parents Robert and
Maria Lukas.
