Rex was born in Sommerda, Germany on August 27, 1943 to Charlotte Klaubel and
Rex Mudd, Sr.

He emigrated to the US with his family following World War II, first living in
Nebraska and then the Pacific Northwest.

He is survived by his wife Lorri and son Mike (Jenny).
