Philip was born in Hazelton, PA to the late Philip and Marie (Rinehimer) Mylet.
 He was 69 at the time of his death.

Phil was married to Marcia Mylet and is survived by their son Philip M
(Monica)Mylet.

Later he married Candace Mckenna and is survived by their children Quentin R.
Mylet (Kristen), Nathaniel J. Mylet (Meaghan), and Johanna M Mylet.

He is also survived by siblings Frank (Sharon) Mylet, Carol Mylet, Cheryl
Jeckell (Ronald), Robert Mylet and Sheila Moats (Richard).
